[Uitf] UITF lock-up schedule

We plan to lock up the UITF each workday from about 5:30am-Noon for high voltage conditioning of the UITF gun.  During this time there is no access to the UITF cave nor the instrumentation mezzanine above.   If urgent access is needed to either visit the UITF control room.   Otherwise, please plan access to the cave or mezzanine after Noon, particularly to collect an item needed the following morning.  We will announce when this conditioning schedule ends, but is likely for upcoming week(s).
