[UITF] UITF cave locking up today 2:30 pm

The uitf cave will be locked up today for continuing beam setup from 2:30 pm to about 6:00 pm. 

I will place the lockup notice in the uitf calendar, so see it in zimbra, please follow Matt's instructions below (pictures attached).

Hello Folks,

In the past we talked about a UITF "white board" that would show 
availability, planned activities, etc.,   We have setup a zimbra 
"resource" that I hope will serve as a useful scheduling tool for UITF.  
Right now, only CIS members will be authorized to schedule a "meeting", 
i.e., schedule work.  If you want to schedule work, you can email me or 
anyone else in the group and we can put it on the calendar.  Or, if you 
want authority to schedule UITF work, we can add your name to the 
authorized list.

Do you know how to view resources with zimbra?  Here's how:

1) right click on "Calendars", top left of your zimbra calendar page.  
Where red arrow points, not the one below.  A pop up menu will appear, 
and at the bottom, click "Find Shares"

2) When this screen appears, type UITF into the "Find Shares" search 
field.  The full name uitf-schedule will auto-populate, then hit the 
"search" button

3) Now click the open box that appears below UITF Schedule. Now you will 
be able to select UITF Schedule from the different calendar menus, top 
left of the zimbra calendar screen.

If you think of other ways to improve the way we communicate at UITF, I 
welcome your thoughts
