[UITF] locking up uitf earlier today...but it can be opned any time

Good morning everyone,

Since there is no chopper RF vacuum conditioning today, we are locking up the uitf cave earlier today attempting to thread beam to the end of the beamline. 
If there is a need for access, we can always stop and open the cave, cryo and rf work have priority. Please stop by the control room and let us know if you need access.
