[UITF] UITF plans Thursday and Friday

Hi everyone,

The uitf vault will be open all day today Thursday.

Friday, we will lock up earlier at 9:00 am to continue beam setup. The vault will likely remained locked until 6 pm. Please plan accordingly, but if there is a need for access to perform critical work, stop by the control room and let us know, it is not a problem to open the cave.

Work may continue in the equipment rack mezzanine, but every person present in that area must wear a dosimeter (TLD). 

Let me know if there are any questions, and many thanks to everyone for the great effort in supporting the uitf. We are setting up 200keV beam up to the entrance of the quarter cryomodule!
