[UITF] Fri. Sep 16th Noon Lock-Up

UITF lock-up at Noon today for HCO with keV beam of the Mott polarimeter DAQ.

  *   keV region - continue to be ready for beam
  *   MeV region - not ready for beam, HCO continues on Monday

Good progress this week at UITF preparing for Kicker and Compton, nice job!
