Hey all,

Yesterday I finally solved most of the 'missing events' bug. It turns out that there was a bug in the decoder which could cause it to mis-identify the 0xb0b0b0b4 flag. Therefore, the decoder would sometimes skip entire blocks of data.

After fixing this issue, I no longer see large discrepancies between the number of pulses sent and the number of events/hits in the VETROC TDC.

However, when taking largish (~20k) number of pulser events, I usually find that I am missing one event, and one additional event has reference channel hits, but no 'signal' channel hits. Finding the cause of these remaining small discrepancies is my next task.
