[Vetroc_daq_sbs] Preliminary results

Hi all, 

after some work with Evan this afternoon, we got some data from the ADC. 

- Instead of use the red LED, we are using the UV led we used for background, so all PMT are illuminated 'evenly'. 
- Since we took out the signal delay cables (we don't need them in this configuration), we need to delay gate signal. The distance from gate starting and signal leading edge was around 100 ns so I added 75ns delay.
- I adjusted the gate to the signal (see attachments), maybe not perfect, we can discuss it. The gate width is ~250ns and it was adjusted so those after pulses are out of the integration time. 
- We set the PMT HV to the original values since we were not able to see a clear ADC spectrum.
- I was running 100k events in CODA because the spectra looks to have very low statistics, but I found that the decoder only decoded 1k always (Evan, line 151:   Int_t maxevent = 1000;). I changed to 100k. Now, I think it is a huge number (see attachment).  

I'll debug a bit the module (those 'broken channels) and I'll take a pedestals run.
