Thanks for setting up the mailing list, and thanks for summarizing the status!

I am happy to pick up the cables from Mark.

I agree that we should have a discussion about the data-storage format. I am making good progress with it. Hopefully I will have a functioning prototype alternative decoder by next week. Should we plan to meet in ESB one day early next week?
