[Weather-message] NEW WX ALERT LIST

[Ed Winslow]

The old JLab weather alert mailing list ("heat-index-warning") has been
renamed "weather message" to make it useful throughout the year; the old
name was not appropriate for the cold weather warnings that were sent last
week.

I apologize for any confusion that may have resulted from the
machine-generated messages that went out last week announcing that the new
list had been created.

 

BTW: It's snowing!
