[Xem2] no XEM meeting tomorrow due to NSAC LRP meeting

Hi all -

Tomorrow, the DOE Nuclear Science Advisory Committee (NSAC) will be 
having a meeting to present, discuss, and vote on the next Long Range 
Plan (LRP) for Nuclear Physics.  The discussion and vote on the LRP 
overlaps with our usual weekly meeting, so we will be cancelling this 
week's meeting.
