The migration is close to be complete. I intend to schedule the final sync on Friday (Mar 15) start at 8 am EST. Please let me know if there is a conflict as soon as possible. Any unsaved changes will be lost during the final sync. 
 
Also, please save significant data change after this migration is complete. This will help shorten the final sync time.

You’re receiving this email because you have touched the “/work/hallc/xem2” recently.
 
The current xem2/ folder in the ifarm is in fact under “/work/hallc/etc/” which is almost full. Regarding that “xem2” is active again, we decide to move the “xem2” out of etc/ and have its own directory under /work/hallc/. The looping syn process has begun and there will a final sync. In order to not lose any data during the final sync, it would require the users to save changes and close all open files, and no submitted farm jobs that need access to the “xem2” folder. 
 
We’re expecting the final sync happens in the near future which will make the xem2/ temporarily not accessible. I’ll reach out to you once CST is ready for the final sync and we will schedule a time for it. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
