[Xem2] XEM meeting today at *2 pm* EST

Hi everyone -

There will be an XEM meeting today at 2 pm EST. Note that although we 
discussed changing the meeting time at last week's meeting, I'd like to 
make sure we have consensus before making the switch, so this week we 
will still meet at 2 pm.
