[Xgt2] Change time and room: x>2 meeting at 1:30pm

The meeting will be held at 1:30pm in room L207.

The discussion items are:

    1) Targets
          - cryo-targets
          - calcium targets

    2) Schedule and runplan optimization

    3) Experiment preparation
          - commissioning of the right HRS detectors during DVCS (the  
magnets will be off)
          - check left HRS efficiency from DVCS data

     4) Manpower
         - Graduate students
         - Post-docs
         - others
