[Xgt2] Start of Daily Meetings

Dear xgt2 Collaborators,

As the target switch is in progress, we will start having daily 
meetings, to discuss the run-plan. The time will be 3pm JLab time with 
the exception of 4pm (again, JLab time) on Mondays . The place will be 
the back-room of the Hall-A counting room.

We will have our 1st meeting tomorrow April 21st  3pm, JLab time.

Those who are off-site and wish to join, please let me know and we will 
get a meeting phone number to send.
