  Split up pion lucite detector rotation

pionDetectorLuciteSectorAngleBase is +90*deg for PMT towards outside,
and -90*deg for PMT towards inside. The remaining angle due to non-z
orientation of the prevailing pion 'winds' can now be put in a single
variable pionDetectorLuciteSectorAnglePitch ~ 5*deg. This ensures that
the same lucite plan is always first, regardless of inside or outside
orientation.

  Set pion mylar layer to no transparency.

OpenGL viewer keeps getting confused by very thin mylar layer as
soon as it has some transparency. Best to avoid the visual confusion
even if it means you can't see what's inside the pion detector box.

  Pion lucite mylar foil now sensitive detector

This may be easier for those conditions where we want to know whether a
charged track went into the lucite, but don't want to save all track
points within the lucite itself.

  Pion lucite planes positioning

Fixed a bug that made the positioning fail in cases of negative lucite
angles. I knew there was something wrong there, hence there was a
comment.
