  Added in the kryptonite (tungsten) beampipes for both can and air cases - just took the vacuum subtracted parameters and made the pipe 3mm thick starting at 0.1mm below the definition of the evacuated region (I'm prettyu sure this will work, and that there is no problem with volume overlaps, but this is my first time embedding seperate volumes like this, so it could behave poorly).

I have not added in the aluminum vacuum windows yet.

I also changed both of the tube sections to be cones now, though I still have the radii the same at front and back, with the same variable name for both - this can be easily changed later.
