  Fixed shielding beampipe bore subtractions in the new local shielding block.

Also fixed some comments around the placement of the tungsten downstream beampipe (whose length is arbitrary and needs to be increased to serve as a central beam blocking pipe going all the way to the dump)

  When you subtract a volume to make a hole - make sure the volume being subtracted is a little larger than the one it is coming out of, otherwise there are thin surfaces left over (this is why there are + 1.0's everywhere in the subraction volume's definitions)

Fixed the can opening holes not being defined correctly.
