  Updating collimator 6A dimensions to reflect the values from new CAD with support structure

Updated the collimator 6A dimensions to reflect the values from new CAD with support structure. Note that this may need to be changed again to reflect the proper sculpting for this z location. At that point, the JLAB CAD should be updated too.

  Updating Collimator 6A position to reflected new CAD with support structure

Translated along z to align with new support clamp. Also changed position reference in implementation to be front face for easy comparison with CAD.
