  Updated Collimator 6B dimensions to reflect new CAD with support clamps

Updated the collimator 6B dimensions to reflect the values from new CAD with support structure. Note that this may need to be changed again to reflect the proper sculpting for this z location. At that point, the JLAB CAD should be updated too.

Translated along z to align with new support clamp. Also changed position reference in implementation to be front face for easy comparison with CAD.
