[A1n_d2n] Time for A1N|D2N Biweekly meeting

Dear all,
   In order to better track the status of A1N|D2N preparation, it would be
very
helpful to start bi-weekly meeting to discuss the progress.

   Since Xiaochao only available in Monday or Tuesday 3:30 PM, I set up
