[A1n_d2n] date for next A1n/d2n collaboration meeting

We should have our next A1n/d2n collaboration in late November or early December.  I am listing possible dates below. The meeting will probably last about one full day:

Tuesday November 20 
Monday December 10
Thursday December 13
Monday December 17
