[A1n_d2n] To do items from today's meeting

Hi Jianping:

The space between the top of the central foil and the bottom of the 3He cell is only 0.24", so there is no way to increase the central foil size by 0.25". Perhaps a combination of:

- increase the central foil size by 0.1", and move the single foil position to 0.1" or 0.15" above the current single-hole position (will be 0.25" or 0.2" below the top edge of the long foil).
- move the hole to 0.1" below the current single foil position (will be 0.15" above the top of the short foils)
- The new medium length foil can be 1.05" (hole will be 0.15" below the top of this foil)

will do the trick. Otherwise the solid target holder has to be moved vertically and I don't think that's possible at this stage.

For whether to make the 2nd foil at + or -13.67cm, I have a slight preference for z=+13.67cm (downstream) because the collimators are all upstream, although I understand the cross section will be smaller (larger scattering angle).

I updated the plot to reflect the changes. Let me know if you need a better sketch to facilitate the discussion with Bert. I can join by phone as well if the timing works for me.
