Dear Collaborators,

Just a short update on the pending run. Lock up this coming Sunday!

Accelerator is having some issues with frozen tuners and, ironically,
control racks overheating in the weather. Work continues however, and
there are no announced change in the shift planning.

Tests and checkout continue on the PolHe3 target, but it is in good
shape and ready for production.

The Hall will be locked up on Thursday afternoon for hot-checkout of
the arc power supplies, etc. We will open up again for Friday (and
could reopen Thursday evening, if needed).

As far as production goes, we are still shooting to lock up the Hall for
beam on Sunday and be ready for beam starting Monday, July 27 and
continue running until Sunday, Sept 6.

We will begin daily RC meetings at 4:15pm starting Wednesday (Jul 22)
using Bluejeans:

               **** SHIFT WORKERS NEEDED! ****

Shift sign-up for the d2n experiment began a few weeks back, but we
*really need your help*. Travel restrictions for non-local people
make staffing this Run period more challenging then in the past.

If you're local, please help us out and sign up.

Please review the new MEDCON-related training and rules noted there.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks *very* much to those who have already signed up!
