[A1n_d2n] Update to mc-single-arm

I wanted to let the collaboration know that I updated mc-single-arm.

I changed the HMS reconstruction matrix so that it is good over a range of +/-30cm
along the beam line. The previous HMS reconstruction matrix was from the 6 GeV era and must have be
optimized for a smaller ytar range and was  having problems in reconstructing ytar,yptar,xptar and
delta at the larger ytar. I add a new recon matrix file and linked the recon_cosy.dat to this new file.

The SHMS reconstruction matrix was better, but it was only fit for +/-10cm. So
I fit the reconstruction matrix over a large range of +/-30cm.
I put a new matrix file and linked shms_recon.dat to this new file

So update your git repo if you are using mc-single-arm.
