Dear Tristian,
Let’s proceed with this. We did not use any of the funds through the ‘remote’ period…
Best regards,
Kevin

There's only $3k in the budget which I can bump up. Cost/benefit determination is up to Kevin.

Good Morning,

The speaker is asking if we could cover his flight from JFK to Norfolk, as well as, a car rental and two night stay at the JLAB. Previously we agreed to cover a one-way flight to the Lab. Is there money in the budget to cover flight, lodging and rental?

Hi Mike,

Great! Witold will probably talk (and keep talking) about the Gamma
Factory effort at CERN. Here are slides from a 2018 seminar from
him:

https://www.psi.ch/sites/default/files/import/ltp/ThursdayColloquiaEN/Krasny_PSI_Colloquium_8_11_2018.pdf

He also has a long history with EIC, mostly collaborating with BNL
folks. Now that we are one big happy family I'd also spend a bit of
time chatting with him after his visit to BNL. Sergei/Alex may also
want to chat with him since I also think he is at least peripherally
involved in European muon collider. Certainly we can take advantage
of his visit. Cheers!

                                                 -Todd
