[Ace] ACE PR Categories

I want to get feedback on improving the ACE PR categories.  I would like to have them be more useful and have the right people as primary.  Here is the current list:

ACE - DUMMY
ACE - IP Address
ACE- Network Service
ACE- Patch Windows
ACE- PC Hardware
ACE- PC Support
ACE- Printing
ACE- Unix Hardware
ACE- Unix Support

Initially, I want to drop the following as they are redundant or unnecessary:

ACE - DUMMY
ACE - PC Hardware
ACE - Unix Hardware

I would like to add some categories for purchasing like:

ACE - System Purchase
ACE - Hardware Purchase


I would also like to add some categories for common tasks (like adding users).
