Should we change "Unix Support" to "Unix/Linux Support" or "Linux
Support"? I think to many non-computer-people "Unix = big honking
workstation" and "PC = small desktop box" so requests for support on
desktop linux machines wind up going to PC Support, rather than Unix
Support.

Up until about 150 years ago the only way a human being could
travel at 60mph was by jumping off a 150 foot cliff. Think
about that the next time you're driving down the highway and
not wearing your seat belt.
