[Ace] ACE PR Categories

I agree with the category changes you recommend.  I recommend ACE - 
Patch Windows be removed -- the CC patches them and we are involved as 
needed along the way.  I can't think of any additional "common task" 
categories that would warrant addition other that the one you mentioned.
