1798398: Power Reconfigured for Channel Access Gateways 

During the cut-over to generator from last nights, power outage, all the sing;le-power supplied systems in rack MC02B22 rebooted.  It was found that one of the transfer switches was overloaded.  The power in the rack has been re-balanced to address this issue.  In addition, one of the systems (cagwops) did not boot cleanly because the CMOS battery on it's motherboard had died.  These systems have no hardware monitoring (they are old and going to be decomissioned very soon) that would have warned us about the battery.
