[Ace] Humidity Probe in MCC - apcmon1

We have been getting quite a few over humidity errors since the folks working on the AC left the ceiling open.  Looking at historical graphs, we have been barely spiking above the threshold.  I upped the threshold (using the web interface - same as UPS).
