1798708: mccups22 and mccups1 problems 

mccups22(services rack mc02B22) and mccups1 (services control room) both started hurling errors this morning at roughly the same time.  

mccups22:
mccups22 had an " Critical - UPS: An automatic voltage regulator (AVR) relay fault exists."  This is usually caused by a very high input voltage.  I had to power cycle the UPS to clear the fault.  It seems fine now

mccups1:
mccups1 had once again become unhappy with one of it's batteries.  The condition cleared itself while I was driving in.  Replacement batteries for the entire UPS were ordered on Friday and will be installed next week.  I have removed the intermittantly bad battery from service.  This decreases the runtime of the UPS under current load but it is still plenty to accomidate cut-over to the generator.
