1712794: opswall disk failure
The wall crashed again and I was called to investigate. I found that one of the SCSI disks had failed and it's hot-spare had been initialized and used. I replaced the failed disk and made it the hot-spare disk. This may be the cause of the recent rash of crashes if the failed disk has been causing SCSI bus errors. No more crashes would tend to substantiate this idea.
Something of notes is that the rack was very warm when I opened it. In addition the Jupiter chassis was very hot to the touch. Not sure if this matters but it was worth noting.
