I don't use exchange and I don't plan to. If they want me to have a
phone they can wipe, then they can pay for it. Otherwise, I guess I
won't read mail offsite anymore.
I think it's optimistic to say "Mail can always be done with IMAP". Some
places seem to be moving to o365 specifically to move from open
protocols like IMAP to MAPI for "security".
As for calDAV, there's never been any official support that I know
about. I worked it out through trial and error and Zimbra Google Fu. I'm
curious about how to simulate it. Again, if the price of syncing the
calendar to my phone is that they own my phone, no thank you.
