Agreed. But if it can be done. I will find a way for myself and be happy to share to others. As a non-exempt it behooves me to ensure one cannot be reached when one is not paid to be. And a phone un-stipend’ and controlled do not go together.
Their rationale for moving to O365 is less about security and more about a reduction of their responsibility in what they support.
What CNI found with zimbra was that it was an open source product they had to find ways to support user complaints. I imagine the goal here is that they can pass on tickets to MSFT.
Throughout this transition I will be here to make sure it is as convenient as possible within the confines of my power to make it so.
