[Ace] Can't login remotely

I need to login to close CA security, but my pin+token isn't working. No errors, just can't login to acclogin. Still 6 digit PIN, right? I'm preparing to drive in to do it onsite, but thought I'd check to see if anyone in this hemisphere is awake who can reset my smartphone token. Or would I have to be onsite for that to work anyway?
