New MCC noise - This was the old fan tray built into the top of the rack.  These are no longer needed as the racks have proper cooling provided by the AC units that cool the equipment room.  We removed power from the fan trays.

Problem Report Update - Crew Chief reports the rack fan has been fixed

One of the fans at the top of the MC02B22 rack is making a horrible rattle every 30 seconds or so, as if it is hitting the enclosure. I'm flummoxed about what to assign this OPS-PR to so I've just selected the nearest piece of hardware, opsmc02sw2.
