Dear All,
Adam will present the details of the demonstration of radiation levels reduction using machine learning in today's B-Team meeting at 2:00 pm in the MCC Conference Room.
The B-Team zoom info is below, please plan to attend.
Thank you very much.
Yours,
Riad.

Subject: field emission reduction update
Dear All,
Please find attached slides that show the reduction in radiation levels when trying new cavity gradients determined by an AI/ML model. These were uploaded to the South Linac on May 19. This demonstration shows that it was possible to reduce neutron levels by up to 70%.
The last slide shows the tasks and the resources needed to deploy our approach in the MCC for a routine use to keep radiation levels at minimum. This could only be pursued with additional internal support and approval.
Regards,
Adam
