Walkthrough conducted with J. Willoughby @ 9:00 a.m. Discussed impacts to systems, network switches & PLC controls for duration of task. Fair warning, work will start on Wednesday 8/25 @ 8:00 a.m. For those groups with effected rack equipment - Please review and intervene if necessary.

Attached documents are being reviewed. Walk-down with Hall D staff to verify impacted loads and systems must be conducted before work is approved. Some effected loads may have to be powered by an alternate source to remain operational.

YES - Walk-down with Hall D staff to verify impacted loads and shift loads over that must remain operational

Does the work involveelectrical hazards (i.e.: electronic equipment; construction/modification of electronic equipment; or energized AC electrical equipment )?

YES - LOTO 203-CH-L2

Will you need to perform Lock, Tag, Try (i.e.: are there hazardous/stored energy sources such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, thermal or other forms of harmful energy that need to be controlled)?

YES - Simple LOTO my subcontractor at 203-DS-T5

YES - SSG to verify impacted loads and plan accordingly

Description of Task

Follow-up install for the Hall D Complex Metering. CTs in 203-CH-L2 would not fit. New CTs have been ordered and are on-hand, ready for install. Turn power off to 203-CH-L2 to install new CTs.

Impact Statement

All power being fed from 203-C-L2 will be removed for the duration of the install

Hardware. Software. Engineering. or Design Changes Required

Any item that must remain operational should be plugged into a source that is not impacted by the outage

Any item that must remain operational should be plugged into a source that is not impacted by the outage as they will be off if left on the impacted panel
