[acg] CEBAF restoration progress & group meeting(s)

Hi Everyone,

This morning's 8am meeting was busy and lively, and although progress has been a little slower than hoped, we're getting pretty close to physics operations.

We (ACS & ACE) have experienced no major issues and few minor ones during start up, despite undertaking a number of large scale upgrades and updates during the recent SAM period.  I think that's a testament to the focus and professionalism of the group.  I'm impressed but not surprised, and I would like to thank you all  for your efforts.  It is still a very active period in operations.  Let's respond quickly to any on-call issues that arise, and if you see an OPS-PR come your way please give it your attention.

I'll schedule an ACS meeting for next Wednesday April 2nd (ACE staff welcome as always), and I thought that might be a good day to have an ACG group lunch for anyone who'd like to attend.  I'll put this on the calendar too.
