[Alert_collaboration] ALERT meetings

Dear Collaborators,
    I wish you happy and promising new year. To move forward with our
coordinated efforts in preparing our proposals to be submitted for the next
PAC, we would like to meet bi-weekly. How about starting from Thursday,
January 21st, 2016, at 9:00 am Chicago time, and then every other week.

    Please let us know if anyone has an objection with regards to the
proposed  timings above. If there are no objections, we continue the good
work and we will have our next meeting Thursday, January 21st, 2016, at
9:00 am Chicago time. The BlueJeans link will be sent as soon as possible.
