[Alert_collaboration] Next ALERT meeting

Dear collaborators,
    As there are no objections regarding the timings of our new meetings,
we will meet this coming Thursday, January 21, at 9:00 am (CST). We will
continue our discussions and sharing ideas for ALERT design and for our
