[Alert_collaboration] Tagged DVCS abstract

Hello Everyone,

Here is the updated abstract for the Tagged DVCS proposal for submission 
on Monday. I have tweaked the title:
"Spectator-Tagged Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering on Light Nuclei"

How should we address the "summary of the run conditions and the impact 
on the run-group"? Should this be left for the run-group proposal?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

PAC 45 will consider new experiment proposals this summer during the 
week of July 10. The proposals are due at 8 am, May 22. Following the 
guidance in our charter, we have established the following schedule to 
perform Working Group reviews of any CLAS12 proposals. In order to have 
adequate time for the reviews, we have to strictly follow the schedule.  
When you are ready to start the review, send a copy to the working group 
chair and to me.

Abstracts due to CLAS Chair and Working Group chairs - April 10

   Abstracts for run-group and parallel running proposals both require abstracts.
   The parallel running ones should also have a summary of the run conditions and
   the impact on the run-group.

   Working Groups form review committees.

Proposals due - April 24

   Submit proposals to Working Group chairs and the CLAS Chair.

Response by review committee - May 8

Final recommendation by review Committee - May 15
