[Alert_collaboration] Tagged DVCS abstract

Hello all,
   Here you can find the abstract for the nuclear DVCS proposal. I think it
is very good as it is. If you want to modify it, the source files are
pushed to github repository (
https://github.com/RDupre/2017-ALERT/tree/master/NuclearGPD/abstract).
