[Alert_collaboration] Tagged DVCS abstract

Hello,

The collaboration just needs the abstracts to assemble the committees to 
review the proposals, so I assume it does not matter what we transmit at 
this point about the run conditions.

I made some minor changes to the abstract and will send them to Jerry 
and Mike at the end of the buisness day in Europe.
