[Alert_collaboration] Meeting

Hello everyone,

Our next meeting will be on the 1st of October at 9:30 (ANL) / 10:30 
(JLab) / 16:30 (IPN). As discussed during last meeting, we will keep 
this meeting time, let me know if there are any issues with it.

We will send the work breakdown structure (WBS) during next week. The 
goal of the meeting will be to start attributing tasks and clarifying 
the work ahead to reach a fully developed schedule for our November 
collaboration meeting in JLab.

Other topics are welcome as well, if you made progress on simulation or 
detectors and want to present your work, please let me know!
