Hello,

Please find here a tentative plan for our 20th of June meeting:

- Introduction (Raphael)

- The wire chamber design (Julien remotely)

- The TOF system design (Tom or Kevin ?)

- Simulations for the design (Viktoriya remotely)

- Design questions: what needs to be decided when? (Discussion)
      -> Kart, integration of TOF and wire chamber, gas enclosure, electronics placement, target design...

Lunch break

- Gas system (Mohammad)

- Wire chamber prototypes (Gabriel)

- TOF prototypes (Whitney)

- Schedule and path forward (Discussion)
  * Preparing the ERR: can we have a full set of prototype results by then?
  * Electronics: what progress on this side? What schedule to buy the boards?
  * Long term schedule, software etc.
