After one more round of discussion, we intend to have about 15 min 
presentations with 15 minutes discussions for each slot. This is the new 
schedule based on this:

9:00 - 9:15 Introduction (Raphael)

9:15 - 9:45 The wire chamber design (Julien remotely)

9:45 - 10:15 Wire chamber prototypes (Gabriel)

15 min pause

10:30 - 11:00 Simulations for the design (Viktoriya remotely)

11:00 - 12:00 Design questions: what needs to be decided when? (Discussion)
      -> Integration of TOF and wire chamber, gas enclosure, electronics 
placement, target design...

Lunch break

14:00 - 14:30 The TOF system design (Tom)

14:30 - 15:00 TOF prototypes (Whitney)

15:00 - 15:30 Electronics for TOF (Ben Raydo)

15 min pause

15:45 - 16:15 Integration with CLAS12 (Kevin)

16:15 - 16:45 Gas system (Mohammad)

15 min pause

17:00 - 18:00 - Schedule and path forward (Discussion)
  * Preparing the ERR: can we have a full set of prototype results by then?
  * Electronics: what progress on this side? What schedule to buy the 
boards?
  * Long term schedule, software etc.
