[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] ERR Preparation

Hello everyone,

As the ERR approaches, I remind you of the ERR wiki page:

Patrizia Rossi is asking for updates, we are supposed to have the 
documentation and design documentation posted there by the end of the 
week (20 days in advance of the ERR). So please proceed forward rapidly 
on this.

I propose that we meet on both the 4th and the 11th to proceed with the 
preparation of the ERR.
