Dear Raphael,

attached is the charge for the E12-17-012 (ALERT) Experimental Readiness 
Review.
Please, draft an agenda accordingly making clear which charge element 
you are going to address in each presentation.
In doing this:
1) keep in mind that the review will be from 8am to 5pm, and that the 
time allocated for the presentations is until 2pm max (including lunch 
and 1 coffee break).
2) leave plenty of time for the discussion. For each talk the general 
rule is to have 50% of the time allocated for the presentation and 50% 
for questions. Of course depending on the charge element, the discussion 
time can be reduced.

Also please create a wiki page to collect all the relevant information 
for this review: agenda, charge, documentation (including the proposal) 
, talks.
One urgent thing to post is the technical drawing of the ALERT detector 
since the sketch reported in the proposal is not sufficiently clear for 
the reviewers.

Finally, please distribute the charge among the co-spokespersons. The 
list of the spokespersons reported in the Hall B web page of the 
approved experiments is quite long and I am not sure if it is up to date.

I am at your disposal for any clarification/information you may need.
