Hello everyone,

I wanted to share with everyone a first draft for the program of next 
week's meeting. Please let us know if you see any point missing, so that 
we can add it rapidly and make sure we have time to discuss it.

Wednesday 10am - 1pm (JLab time)

Mechanics session (2h)
AHDC design review (15 min)
AHDC assembly review (25 min)
ATOF design review (15 min)
ATOF assembly review (25 min)
Kart design review (10 min)
Detector assembly discussion (30 min)
  - Do we know all that will be on the kart ?
  - Sharing the space for electronics
  - Space to install the target
  - Assembly procedures and risks for fragile elements
  - Make sure distribution of tasks is clear for everyone !

Prototypes session (1h)
ALTO test run -- incl. electronics performance (20 min)
ATOF electronics (15 min)
ATOF prototyping status (15 min)
Discussion (10 min)
  - Do we have a clear time line ?
  - Do we have clear goals for prototypes ?


Thursday 10am - 1pm (JLab time)

Software session (2h)
Detector geometry in CLARA and GEMC (10 min)
Simulations of DC occupancies and track reconstruction performances (20 min)
Digitization status (10 min)
Tracking review (20 min)
Calibration review (20 min)
Discussion of future plans (30 min)
  - What are the priorities ?
  - Let's not forget documentation !
  - How to implement in digitization results from prototypes ?
  - Who takes care of which aspect ?

Business session (1h)
The steps to the ERR (10 min)
Preparing the ERR documentation (10 min)
Discussion (40 min)
  - Do we see any show stoppers for the ERR ?
  - Are we satisfied with the present ERR timeline ?
  - Do we plan on submitting new proposals ?
  - Do we have a person assigned to each task ?
  - Is our meeting schedule and frequency good for everyone ?
